What we collect
When you submit the project form, RAZZ Studio may collect your name, business or brand, email, phone number, website and social links, project goals, budget, timeline, audience, and any other details you choose to share.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, recommend an appropriate setup, prepare proposals, provide requested services, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
HighLevel and service providers
Project form submissions may be processed and stored in our HighLevel (GHL) account so we can manage inquiries and follow-up. HighLevel acts as a service provider processing data on our behalf. HighLevel and some supporting providers process data in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also use trusted hosting, email, security, and business service providers only as needed to operate RAZZ Studio.
Marketing choices
Submitting a project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We send promotional email only when you choose the separate optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in an email or contacting us.
Retention and protection
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Client and transaction records may be retained longer where needed for contracts, accounting, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need it.
Your choices
